]]> For this installation we had 2 sections of decking to replace. The layout did not change dramatically, but we would be working with a rot free solution throughout.

The lower section was a straight swap with a removal of decking and framing, and installing new composite framing, luxury Timbertech decking, and new lighting.

The upper section required a fair amount of work to build the new frame and turn the single deck ledge into a ledge which could also double as a seat. In small London garden you have to design everything for multiple uses to maximise the space.
