The client selected Jacksons Fencing Horizontal Tongue and Groove Fence Panels, capping rails, posts, and gravel boards. The primary difficulty was keeping the entire fence line at one height. This was a mature garden which had extensive tree planting over the years, in some cases very close to the property line. Fortunately the neighbors on all sides were fully on board with the project.
We also removed a portion of the Hardwood Decking to square off the framing, repaired the cracked and damaged steps to the Decking on 2 sides, added a new wide step to the lawn area, and built a concrete pad for the hot tub.
