We have created this post to clearly answer some of the questions on how to book us for your work. One thing to keep in mind is we receive multiple enquiries every day and we do not wind up quoting for all jobs we receive enquiries for. Some clients are too far away from us, some need the work done urgently which we can not accommodate, some want a specific product to be installed which doesn’t match the type of materials we work with, and some enquiries are just not the type of work which we do.
All Oilcanfinish Outdoor Living bookings are contracted. No dates are firmly assigned until the Contract has been returned and Materials or Reservation Deposit has been received. No Contracts are issued until the work site has been surveyed.

Due to unprecedented demand we are no longer doing Decking Repairs or Servicing, we do new Decking Installations only. For Fencing we only install Jacksons Fencing Timber products, no concrete posts or Gravel Boards.
